Things to consider when buying land.
Is water and electricity important to you? Do you mind a dirt road or is a paved road a must have?
Do you mind hauling water to the property or paying someone to do it for you monthly?
Having a well dug is also an option for long term solutions.
Do you know if the land you are wanting to buy is in a flood zone or not? Building in a flood zone is allowed you just need a special permit. (Something to consider).
