Been craving chocolate cake but the price at the store is ridiculous so found this one to try to make at home instead. They are even asking over $3 for just a small slice of cake now and a half sheet is over $25…should still be 99 cents for a small slice of cake. The stores are taking advantage of the price gouging story line. How much does a slice of cake really cost Kroger to make? Can we get back $1 cake please so we don’t have to bake an entire cake at home just to eat one slice? I can’t in good principal pay $3.50 for a tiny piece of gmo cake. Gouging us on a slice of cake?
