Tomorrow morning, I am walking a lot with a client but I always send them the coordinates on google maps so they know if they are on the property or not. Here is a screenshot of an example. Make sure your agent lets you know the approximate corners and center of the lot so you can go out there on your own and walk around. It is very useful to get an idea and feel for the land.
